What We Do:
We offer a number of ITAD+R services, as our experience has taught us that it is not a one-size fits all scenario. This approach allows us to provide our customers with a holistic service.
Destruction
Hard drives, tapes and CDs are shredded or degaussed. Two different methods, but one common outcome, the destruction of your data completely and securely.
With shredding we load your magnetic and electronic e-waste into one of our specialist shredders, the solid steel cutting rollers then destroy whatever is put in them. We use the industry-approved HD150 Hard Drive shredder and the Allegheny Shredder.
Our degaussing machine changes the magnetic domain where your data is stored, making it unreadable and unrecoverable.
Recycling
We treat your e-waste with respect and don’t just jumble it all together. We sort it accordingly: Eligible for Data Destruction, Eligible for Recycling or Non-Recyclables.
This method means that data gets destroyed securely and e-waste is recycled for precious metal recovery. It’s sustainable and the planet gets protected.
Collections
We come to you, you hand us your e-waste, we take it away, we sort and then destroy, dispose or recycle your e-waste. This service is 100% secure, not only because of the ITAD+R methods we employ, our facility is also equipped with a state-of-the-art surveillance system.
If you are less concerned about data integrity and simply want to get rid of old/unused/surplus IT equipment in a responsible manner, then leave your e-waste at one of our free, drop off points: 22 Industrial Park Road, Southampton & AF Smith, Tumkins Lane, Hamilton.
These locations allow you to dispose of your e-waste without arranging a collection, but we cannot make the same security and recycling guarantees as we do with our collection.
